I have been working in the game industry since 2012, with extensive experience on AAA projects and licensed IPs. Early in my career, I reached a Senior 3D Artist level, working across multiple pipelines and covering the full asset production cycle — from concept development to final in-engine implementation.
Over time, I moved into leadership and art direction roles, focusing on building and optimizing production pipelines, maintaining visual quality, and developing teams. I currently work as a 3D Art Director, responsible for artistic quality, production standards, team development, and collaboration with both internal teams and outsource studios on large-scale game projects.
